| When the weather is fine, with Richmond Park behind the wall, and the apple and pear trees orchard; the Garden provides a spectacular space in which to host an Event for up to 300 guests. | This is an ideal space for a reception area. It has natural daylight and when the weather is fine, the doors are opened onto the lawns, floodlit at night. Richmond Park is behind the wall, apple and pear trees form "The Orchard" A large marquee can be erected in the lawn for all-weather functions and team building activities. |

| The Modelling Studio | |
It has a stage, natural daylight and overlooks Richmond Park. On the walls are a series of Gordine’s studies in charcoal which explore the human figure and portraiture. Ideal for sit down dinners for up to 50 guest. |

| The superb Gallery across the landing from the Modelling Studio exhibits life size bronzes, figures and portraits by Gordine and a magnificent Russian neo-classical sofa and armchairs from the Russian collection, providing a tranquil and relaxing setting for your reception drinks, standing buffet meals, afternoon teas and cocktail parties. Three course meals can be served in the dramatic Gallery for up to 14 Guests. Across the 2 spaces receptions for up to 70 guests can be hosted with served canapés and refreshments. |

| SECOND FLOOR - The Russian Suite | |
| This part of the House was the private residence of Dora and Richard. Together the Dining Room, Lounge and Parkside Room make up the Russian Suite. These elegant and timeless rooms contains the Richard Hare’s rare collection of porcelain, glass, lacquer boxes and metalwork, including a superb display of icons from the 17th century – 20th century in the Parkside Room. Offering supreme exclusivity, elegance and tranquillity, the Russian Suite can accommodate a reception for up to 30 guests. | |

| The Dining Room seats 10 guests for either 3 or 5 course silver service dinners. With its famous Chinese Moon door, it is complemented by the adjoining Lounge. |
