WEDDING RECEPTIONS AT DORICH HOUSE

 

Many happy couples, and guests, can vouch for the exquisite receptions held at Dorich House over the past few years. What we offer is a blend of informality, classic décor, great art, superb catering and discreet service.

 

The following are our terms - All prices exclude VAT.

 

Hire of the House:

£750.00 Monday to Friday for an 8 hour period. Weekends and Bank Holidays there is a minimum of charge of £1500.00 (for up to 8 hours). Extra hours (or part of) to the maximum of 23h00 will be charged at £150.00 per hour.

 

Menu Selection:

In our experience a canapés reception followed by a 3-course meal will cost from £71.00 per person (obviously costs depend on menu choice which should be discussed directly with the caterers and includes cost of linen and catering staff), but exclude wines and other beverages. These will be charged for on a consumption basis after the event. Clients may bring in the wedding cake.

 

Extras:

Banqueting Furniture - this will be hired in, and the cost invoiced to the Client.
Floral Arrangement - Clients are most welcome to order in table and free standing floral arrangements.
Gentle live music (we can direct you to expert performers) and other forms of musical arrangements are permitted.
Videoing and photography by arrangement.
A cash bar is not possible due to licensing laws.
Parking - for up to 20 cars.

 

Protocol:

Because of the listed fabric and the many artefacts, the following restrictions apply:
Maximum attendance 50 guests; young guests must be strictly supervised.
Artefacts and walls must not be touched.
Not permitted: dancing and confetti.

 

Payment Terms:

50% of House Hire and Catering should be paid to confirm the booking and the balance three weeks prior to the reception day. All other charges (beverages, furniture hire) can be paid after the function.
